Nowadays the majority of my writing is done using latex but a fairly amount is performed under writer, mostly because a lot of scientific journals in zoology field don't accept latex. ![]() Mostly it is satisfactory, but I do believe it can be improved regarding practical presentations, lets see how the future will roll. Impress is also slow, and presentations tend to be so heavy. It is pretty effective yet it is slow as a sloth, even in rather robust computers at my department it can become quite slow, which hints me that be whatever may be, it is software related. Just to change the colors of a font I need to go through 4 dropdown menus. ![]() ![]() I am having a major problem with formatting fonts on this editor. Impress might have some catching up to do compared to PowerPoint - but I don't see the problem with changing font colors. "I can't reuse my Microsoft Office knowledge! LO is not easy to use!" Nothing on this platform is easy to use nor is it easy to learn. ![]()
